Damaged merchandise must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- You have seven days from the date of receipt to report damage (or any other reason for returns).
- If I made an error, I'll gladly pay return shipping as long as the merchandise is shipped back in the same container as it arrived in and you make arrangements with me first.
- If the reason for the return is not my fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping and there is a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
I purchase insurance on everything shipped, so if your artwork is damaged, it will be covered by insurance. Please contact me as soon as possible to file a claim.
