A few years ago I got an order for two huge swans. Before I started, I made a prototype and stuffed it to ensure it would work out how I wanted it. It sat on a shelf for a few years and I finally got it out and finished it. It's pretty big (about 2 feet tall), so imagine how big the ones ordered were! I put this one on a turned base (saved from an old piece of furniture) and her crown is made from metal.
