Here's a tribute to everyone's favorite, The Wizard of Oz! I painted a rainbow in the background with acrylic paints with a little crackle effect in places. I got pretty messy with this one and used my hands for the rainbow background. (And had blue hands for a few days to prove it!) Then I hand-lettered part of the lyrics from "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" over the top in white & outlined with black. I added just a small amount of glitter to the star and framed it in a vintage wooden window. I scraped away the loose paint from the window and put a couple of coats of sealer over it. The whole thing measures 30" wide x just under 20.5" tall x 2" thick. Comes signed & dated on the back.
